Neighbors of Bentley Woods might have noticed some recent work at the front of the neighborhood. The board of the HOA has been working on some updates that were necessitated by the recent freeze.
This included removal of any dead plant materials, pressure washing the wall to remove mold, and trimming the trees. In doing this work, we learned that one of the trees on the north side needs to be removed. This will be taking place in coming weeks.
We are also excited to share that we will be painting the entrance wall soon.
At this time, this work will not require any special assessment for neighbors. The board has carefully considered bids for each job and is working hard to keep the neighborhood looking neat and updated while considering the approved budget.
We appreciate all who have helped in the process and hope you love coming home when the work is done.
