- Martha and Gale called the meeting to order.
- We did not have the attendance for a quorum, however all in attendance agreed to have Rebecca Wagner join the BWHOA as 2nd VP and Mary Goldstein resigned per her own request.
- Gale advised that Bentley Woods is Phase 5B for the Sewer Project and that we could be looking at breaking ground by the end of 2026.
- The BWHOA financials were reviewed by Ed.
- The 2026 approved budget will be mailed to those who ask to see a copy.
- Three (3) homeowners are currently in delinquency and will not be sent a copy unless they pay back assessments.
- The BWHOA website is up and available to review.
- General Discussion
- Ed will check prices for tree trimming for vegetation on the HOA side of the entrance walls. Once we have something more concrete we will send letters to the 2 homeowners adjacent to the walls. Looking for prices with possible cap of $2,500 +/- 10%.
- Ed will check prices for pressure washing the entrance walls.
- After that we will review if we need painting.
