This project has been a labor of love for the HOA board, but we think it will make life easier for everyone in the neighborhood. One of our goals is to make the HOA rules and proceedings as easy to access as possible for everyone—because we represent your interests as homeowners.
Here you’ll find all of the documents you might need, as well as easy ways to contact the HOA board. You’ll also be able to keep up-to-date with any neighborhood happenings—all in one place, without having to wait for updates in the mail.
We aim to be good stewards of the HOA funds, and we believe a website will help Bentley Woods keep up with the ever-increasing requirements of the state for HOAs. Please check it out and share any feedback or ideas you have.
